Q: WTF is ATL Burger Week?

A: WHOA! LANGUAGE! This is a family Burger Week! Yeesh!

#ATLBurgerWeek is a weeklong celebration of the almighty burger. 40 Atlanta restaurants have signed on to get culinarily creative and concoct droolicious and juicetastic limited time burgers. And all at ONLY $5. But ONLY during #ATLBurgerWeek: April 17 – 23.

Q: Wait. HOW MUCH ARE THE #ATLBurgerWeek BURGERS?!

A: FIVE FLIPPIN DOLLARS! I know, right? However, all burgers ARE offered a la carte, so sides are extra.  

Q: TELL ME MORE!

A: Okay, so that’s not a question, but we’ll let it slide. There are plenty of ways for you to find out more information about ALL the burgers and participating locations. Like our super fancy website www.ATLBurgerWeek.com, or on facebook, instagram and twitter at @ATLBurgerWeek.

Q: What’s this “Passport” thing all about?

A: OH! Glad you asked! The passport is your handy dandy guide to #ATLBurgerWeek locations and their Burger Week offerings. You can download and print one from the website, or grab a preprinted one from the April 14th issue of Creative Loafing. IT’S FREE! Each participating restaurant also has an OFFICIAL #ATLBurgerWeek stamp, so make sure you get it stamped every time you order a $5 Burger. At the end of Burger Week, send in your stamped passport (3 or more stamps) to be entered to win some super cool prizes from Creative Loafing, The Georgia Beef Board and Caviar!

Q: How else can I participate?

A: Man, you ask a lot of questions. But you can also participate by joining the online conversation! Just search #ATLBurgerWeek on facebook, instagram and twitter and share your story and see burgers from around the city! Who knows… you may also win some stuff.

A: Why YES- there will be! At the conclusion of your #ATLBurgerWeek beef eating, log on to www.ATLBurgerWeek.com and cast your vote for your favorite #ATLBurgerWeek burger. The winning location will win a super cool plaque to hang on their wall and perhaps most importantly: Burger Bragging Rights. So get those votes in! (And don’t be a hoser, only vote for burgers you’ve had!)
